Our life on board page helps you get an idea how it is to sail with Eira. The conditions vary a lot depending on which campaign, but there are some general principles that apply to all of our trips.
The first and foremost is the social part of it. We sometimes think a trip can be 10% sailing and 90% social. We put a lot of energy in getting chemistries right among the participants. Usually people who come alone to sail with us are equipped with good social skills but it is still important to create the foundation for communication between the crew.
